Those two salon or any other salon recommended. Im planning to highlight my hair and perm wave it. Please help thank you.Would you prefer Regis Salon or the Salon in Ulta Beauty and why?
You do realize that both Salons in ALL States have different Hairstylists. Some do a good job, and some do a horrible job. The Salon can't determine on whether your hair comes out good or bad. So, The people you ask online will tell you THEIR experiences in THEIR Area. Not yours.
