Working for regis salon?

I was just offered a job at a Regis Hair Salon and wondered if anyone had worked there and what your experience was. Did you feel it was a good place to work and were you able to build a solid clientelle there? Thanks to those who answer.Working for regis salon?
I went to the Regis Hair Design School and started at a Regis salon when I finished school. They're a pretty decent corporation, you shouldn't really have any problems with the corporate people, but as all cosmetologists know--the people that really matter are the ones that work in there--the one's you'll be with day in and day out--you should take a trip to the salon and see how everybody's personality is; see how well you mesh with the other stylists...

Now, bringin in clientelle just depends on how much you have built up now, how fast you can build up clientelle from nothing and where the salon is located...My salon was in a mall so we had a lot of walk-ins, but if your have a nice, clean salon and the stylists are nice and can build a good rapport, you can definitely land good clientelle from the walk-ins...they can sometimes get to be your most loyal--following you wherever you may go...

Hope I helped and good luck, Sweetie!!!Working for regis salon?
Do they get a lot of walk ins? And do the other stylist look happy? If it seems like a somber place then no.
my stylist works at regis and i love her. I loved the enviorment! my tips for building a solid clientelle is just socialize with ur clients (but not TOO much!) and REALLY listen to what they wat. hope this helps!
Go with your vibe when u walk into the salon-how do u feel %26amp; what is your gut instinct?
