Is a shampoo cleansing free at Regis Salon with a haircut? How much $$$ is a cut there?

Last time I went they shampooed %26amp; conditioned my hair before cutting it, is that free? Because I'd rather do that at my house and save money. Oh and how much is a haircut or trim there, like around 30 bucks? I paid around 30 last time with a shampoo, pretty expensive.Is a shampoo cleansing free at Regis Salon with a haircut? How much $$$ is a cut there?
I'm pretty sure they include the shampooing in their price. Haircuts there are probably around 27 without a tip. At least they are in PA, which is where I am. Believe it or not, tho, that is pretty standard price these days for a haircut. You can't get them much cheaper I'm afraid.
