Does Regis Hair Salon give re-do's to unsatisfied customers?

I asked for NOT ORANGE coloring (red) and its so very very carrot top status.Does Regis Hair Salon give re-do's to unsatisfied customers?

they screwed my hair up so much!!!!!!!!!


i asked for blonde and they gave me a orangy golden


it was so ugly


and i told them to do it over and they said they would charge me!


i paid almost 200 dollars!!!!

they'll do it over if they mess up...but i highly doubt they will :)
