What happened? What was the outcome?Has anybody ever had a terrible nightmare-like experience @ REGIS HAIR SALONS?
Not a nightmare, but I paid close to $100 for 2 different color streaks put in my hair and they lasted about a month. I think they used temporary color instead of permanent by mistake.
