go ahead and get them! you can get them at sallys too or any beauty supply store near you (you should be able to at least). They are the best to used because weave in ones damage the hell out of your hair and glue in ones can be quite painful to get out.Clip in hair extensions- regis salon?
It depends on how they look and the size they are. If the hair is fake hair and it probaly is for ten dollar and you have to purchase a lot of pieces it's probaly not worth it. Better to pay more and get a better quality product.

Haven't been to that salon. However I've tried to DIY a hair extension. I gotta say that its really fun to style, color and attach the clip in hair extensions
