I have barely shoulder length hair. But I also have thick hair that might require as much as two tubes for a full foil highlight.
Also wondering about two color highlight?Anyone know how much Regis Salons charge for full head foil highlights (one color)?
i work for regis in Brandon Florida...for a full head highlight its starts at $100, depending on length and thickness, also any additional colors is $10 more....march 10th - 16th regis has costumer appreciations days which u will get 20% off ur chemical service......hope that helps u
