Confused about the rank of Hair salons? JC Penney Vs. Regis?
Are all mall salons created equal? Which is better, a department store salon or one in the middle of the mall like Regis. I always thought JC Penney was a nice salon. Is it true that all people who work in mall salons are fresh out of beauty school? Does anyone know if that is true for JC Penney?
